We take care to ensure that you  receive flowers in prime condition but in order to keep your flowers in optimum condition please follow these care instructions.

 

Cut flowers

 

Re-cut stems diagonally, removing  between 1 and two inches (2.5-5 cm) and place in a clean vase with  flower food added.

 

Re-cut stems in the same manner and change the water every  2-3 days.

 

Position away from heat or draughts.

 

Lily pollen can stain.  To avoid mishaps carefully remove the stamens as the flower opens.  Remove any spilt pollen with sellotape.

 

Foam arrangements

 

Foam arrangements are delivered with a minimum amount of water.  To ensure that your arrangement lasts top up the water regularly.

 

 

Bouquets

 

Our hand-tied bouquets use the finest flowers and are carefully packaged.  

 

We transport our hand-tied arrangements in an aqua pack as this keeps the bouquet in prime condition.  Aqua packs are only meant to be a temporary measure, please remove it and put the bouquet in a vase for display.

 

Once on display re-cutting the stems diagonally and changing the water supply every 2-3 days will keep the flowers fresh.

 

Position away form heat and draughts.

 

 

Planted baskets

 

Place all planters on a mat or waterproof surface.

 

Position out of direct sunlight.  

 

Minimum required winter temperature is 12°C.
