Delivery

Local delivery (Bouquets, arrangements and cut flowers) is available Cleveland and County Durham areas only.  Standard delivery is included in the price.  Orders taken Monday-Thursday before 5.00pm can be delivered the following day unless specified.  Orders taken after 5.00pm Thursday cannot be delivered until the following Monday (public holidays excluded) unless otherwise stated by Green Island at the time of ordering.   If we are unable to find someone to accept delivery we will deliver to a neighbour or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact to arrange re delivery.

Incorrect details may lead to problems or delays.   Please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient, together with your daytime contact telephone number and e-mail address so that we can contact you if any problems are encountered.

Cancellation and changes to orders

If you wish to change your order please contact us by telephone. We'll always endeavour to accommodate our customers  but request at least 24 hours notice.  

Trademarks, copyrights and restrictions

All images, illustrations and logos are protected by copyrights and are the ownership of Green Island Floristry. The content of his site is for the personal  use of it's customers. Images may not be copied, modified, re-produced, transmitted or distributed in any way for commercial gain.

Complaints

In the event that you are not satisfied with your order please contact us either by e-mail or in writing at the correspondence address below.   Flowers are perishable in nature and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints  to our mutual satisfaction, we request that you to make any complaint within 24 hours of the date of delivery, if you wish to provide an accompanying photograph this will assist us greatly in identifying handling or delivery problems.  Write to:  customer services, Green Island Floristry, 26 Malvern Road, Billingham, Cleveland TS232PF.

When you use the services on this site we may collect your name, address, e-mail address and contact telephone number.  This is for the purpose of sealing with your request or processing your order.  We do not share your personal details with any third party for marketing purposes and dispose of any sensitive information responsibly.
